 | VPL is the collecting society set up by the record industry in 1984 to grant licences to users of music videos, eg. broadcasters, programme-makers, video jukebox system suppliers.
Whoever owns the rights in a music video can become a member – membership is free – and the licence fee income we collect from users is paid out to our members (after deduction of admin costs).
